30 Day Shred

Heya guys ,
Firstly,I am soo sorry for the lack of posts on this blog. I am just very busy in school work. my semester exams have just started and I was busy studying.. Anyways I have an update for you.
I HAVE STARTED THE 30 DAY SHRED.

Here I am holding the DVD.
If you dont know what the 30 day shred is. It is a 3 level workout from the Biggest loser trainer ''Jillian Michaels" she claims to lose 20 pounds in 30 days.
It consists of 3 levels each of which we have to do for 10 consequetive days and then go up one level. I am gonna do this workout for 30 days. The final results will come on 14 November 2013.
Very excited for this workout. Just bought new 2 kg(4.4 lbs) weights. but you can start with 1 kg(2 lbs).
so here are my staring stats>>
Bust: 36"
Waist: 31.5"
Hips: 39"
Weight: 141lbs
